With this score your expected rank according to the current difficulty of questions will be around 30000-40000 in the general category... So you can lock your choice for almost all NITs except for NIT Warangal & NIT Tiruchirapalli in the first round of counselling and you will definitely get an NIT within 5 rounds of counselling... You can also opt for IIITs situated in Allahabad with such a rank but you have a chance of getting admission there after 3rd round of counselling. If you are opting for a college other than IIIT and NIT then its ver easy to get admission with such a rank... Choice locking is very important as you cannot change the choice after you have locked it for the first 3 rounds even if you could have got admission in a college other than what u have locked... |
