N I belong to a very poor family somehow my father is affording money for my studies so i don't think i will be able to take admission in a recognised university . n as i frm Nagaland, i will be studying there only to get a bachelor degree..... Central bureau of investigation now going to published official recruitment notification for filling 598 posts some days ago it released a 87 vacant posts for recruitment 2016. This provide a biggest opportunity for all job seeker who willing to get a job in government and wish to do job in CBI department, sources are saying that notification will be started in the first week of June 2016 . This is very good opportunity for High school, intermediates and graduate degree holder. Recently CBI also published the official notification for filling posts of Sub inspector and the last date of application form submission is 6 April 2016. Total 1650 posts are vacant in CBI till the 2 February 2016 .Total approved posts are 7274 of group b, group c, group d, group a category. Government also newly created 598 of different category. Candidates who have been retired from central of state police and having more than 10 year service experience they can fill application. Re: Qualifications needed to become a CBI officer? Central Bureau Investigation exam conducted by Staff Selection Commission. Male & Female are allowed to apply for CBI. Candidate should complete any degree with 55% in an approved University. Some time students of LAW can also able to appear for the exam. Candidate should be an Indian Citizen. Required age limits minimum 20 to maximum 27 years. 5 Years age relaxation to SC/ST category candidates. 3 years age relaxation to OBC category candidates. The written exam includes two papers Tire-I, Tire-II and final is an interview. Candidate should be with required eyesight, height, etc. |

The acronym for CBI is Central Bureau of Investigation. CBI exam conducted by the SSC(Staff Selection Commission). Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete a bachelor's degree in any stream a recognized university. You don't need to score a good percentage in your graduation because percentage is not required for this exam. Candidate must be a Indian citizen. Age criteria:- The candidates age should not be lessthan 20 years and should not be morethan 27 years. 3 years relaxation for OBC category candidates, 5 years relaxation for SC/ST category candidates. Selection steps:- Written exam(Tier-I), Written exam(Tier-II), Personal interview. Syllabus:- General intelligence and reasoning, General awareness, Numerical aptitude, English Comprehension. The minimum qualification required to become a CBI officer is a bachelor's degree. You need to be a graduate in any discipline of your choice from a recognized university. For the post of Assistants and Sub-Inspectors in CBI your age should be between 20 and 27 years. For the post of Inspector of Income Tax/ Assistant Enforcement Officer and Divisional Accountant/Auditors/ UDCs your age should be between 18 and 27 years. After the First Tier exam you will be asked to go through a Physical Endurance Test or a Medical Examination for the post of Sub Inspector. This is mandatory. There is a three stage procedure you need to go through to finally get selected:-
In the first tier exam there will be four sections. Questions of 50 marks each will come from each section and the total paper needs to be finished in about two hours' time. Give stress on the following areas: General Intelligence+Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude and English Comprehension. In the second tier exam there will be two sections. For this exam 400 marks have been allotted. For tier three exam 100 marks have been allotted. Following are the two sections under tier II: Arithmetic Abilities and English Language & Comprehension. To join CBI you need to appear for CGPE exam i.e. Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC (Staff selection commission)board every year.
