Eligibility details for Postal Assistant exam:- The applicant should be complet 12th standard with atleast 60%of marks from a recognised university or board. The applicant must be an Indian origin. The age limits are 18 years to 2s years, 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates. List of Best books:-     The previous year papers are attached below. ~You need to pass higher secondary exam or its equivalent of a recognized board with not less than 60% of marks at 10+2 level. ~For the OBC Candidates it is 50% in aggregate and for SC/ST Candidates it is 45% of marks in aggregate. ~The minimum age limit for giving this exam is 18 years. It is binding on all candidates. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 27 years. ~There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates. It is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for the differently abled candidates. ~You need to be well versed in the local language of the State of the concerned postal circle. Even if you know hindi or have studied hindi at matriculation level or above then that will help too. Exam Pattern:- In the written exam there will be four sections. From each section 25 questions will be asked and the same number of marks has been allotted for each section. After that you will be asked to sit for computer typing test.
