I am sorry to say that you will not get admission in top B.Tech college after passing Orissa-J.E.E exam with 3,260 Rank. If you want to take admission in top Engineering College you have to qualify O-J.E.E. exam with good rank. If you want you can take admission in any low ranking college in your City. GOOD LUCK |
