Re: what is crf stamp?

Dear friend.

CRF means- Central Recruitment Fee Stamp.

UPSC requirement of CRF Stamp:

Fee to be paid for the CDS Examination is Rs 100/-.

Female Candidate,SC/ST candidate are not required to pay any fee.

OBC have to give full fee

Fee is payable only through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (Not Postage stamps).

No other mode of Payment is not acceptable.

CRF stamp of 100/- is needed and paste it firmly within the box.

Do not staple this stamp

Re: what is crf stamp?

Hi dear,

CRF stamp stands for the 'Central Recruitment Fee' Stamp. For appearing in exams conducted by the UPSC, candidates have to pay an examination fee which is done through the CRF stamp.

Women, SC/ST and physically handicapped candidates are exempted from paying any fees so they do not have purchase such a stamp.

Also, the stamp can be purchased in denominations of Rs.50/- and is available in all Head Post Offices and departmental post offices as well.

The CRF stamp must be purchased, pasted on the application form and a date stamp must be put by the clerk in such a way that the date is clearly visible and half of the stamp's impression is on the form and the other half on the stamp.

Thank

Re: what is crf stamp?

The crf stamp plays an important role in the U.P.S.C. application filling process because this stamp is certified that a candidate have paid all the expenses in the recruitment process and also have a valid application according to the prescribed rule of the U.P.S.C.

The U.P.S.C. use this stamp to give a form a valid recognition and to meet all the expenses or paying government duties on a application form.

The crf stamp made valid application form and give it a government recognized application.

dear friend,

C.R.F. - Central Recruitment Fee

This fee to be paid for the Combined Defence Services Examination is Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only). All female candidates/SC/ST candidates are not required to pay any fee. No fee exemption is however, available to O.B.C. candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.

Re: what is crf stamp?

CRF stands for "central recruitment fee"

this is available in the most of the head post office across country.

this is a part of post-office department.

in many examination the examination fee is taken through this way.

the cost of CRF stands are for the different rate like 50rs 100 rs .

so all range of the CRF stamp will be available in the post office.

Best of luck.

please specify briefly about which entrance exam you are talking about because there are two types of entrance exams, competetive as well as educational. According to myself if you are looking to increase your education by giving entrance exam then you are eligible but if you are loking for jobs entrance then pleaze mention it clearly
good luck

Re: what is crf stamp?

If they could accept payment for CSAT 2011 Prelims through cards and online banking, why create this difficulty for the CS Mains 2011 exam to the computer literate citizen by insisting ONLY for central recruitment fees. An option to make an online payment should have been there. Really an unwanted insistence to make life difficult for the common man.
