Hello sir/ma'am I m currently in class tenth, and i aspire to be in the army just like my Dad. Now the thing is, i m not sure which stream to take, if i wish to Be in army. I m keen on taking up commerce, but I've heard it Limits the options in army, as in entrance and later promotions Please help me out. Thanks Regards Malvika |

Required age limit and physical abilities for this? you can apply for Army wing through defense service exam like- CDS. Through CDS exam you can apply for Indian Army wing after completion of graduation. Eligibility for CDS exam:- For Official Training Academy (SSC non technical women entry scheme):- Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade. |

Required age limit and physical abilities for this? dear friend, yes, you can apply for Army wing through defense service exam like- CDS. Through CDS exam you can apply for Indian Army wing after completion of graduation. Eligibility for CDS exam:- For Official Training Academy (SSC non technical women entry scheme):- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade. 2.Candidates age should be in between 19-24 years. 3.Candidate must be unmarried / widow/ divorced female.. 4.Candidate must be a citizen of India. These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill. So, go for it. All the best. |
