It is Million dollar question . It is depends your interest you can select any one of these course but every course have a their qualities and career path . Good Salary or Position is not based on course and it is based on the talent . So don't worry about the selecting these course . You can select any course and shine that course you can definitely reach good position as well as good salary .

Coming to your query M.Sc (IT) , MCA or MBA course good career path after completing B.Sc(IT) course .

MCA Stands for Master of Computer Application and the course is divided into Six Semester and duration of course is 3 years . i don't know what i do after bsc - it MSC - IT , MCA or MBA . which is better so after that i can got good job with good salary & position ?
