Yes, you can attend coaching classes for IAS , if you are interested for appearing Civil Service Exam , there are some eligibility criteria which you have to fulfill whcih are as follows... **The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university. **The age limit is 21 - 30 yrs.
