And a higher percentage of marks is always preferable. MNCs not only consider BTech / BE marks they also give equal importance to percentage of marks obtained in 10th & 10+2 exam. Many MNCs coming for campus recruitment or even hiring off campus puts eligibility criteria as 60% through out the candidate’s educational life. Since you have scored more than 60% throughout your academic life you are eligible for recruitment in almost all the IT companies. You can apply in these software companies: TCS Oracle Dell Infosys Sun microsystem.. thank you |

These days i.e. particularly this year all major software companies of India and abroad are recruiting in very large numbers. The common placement process contains a Written test, Group Discussion and an Interview. In written test questions come from Quantitative Aptitude, verbal reasoning and technical question from programming and coding. The group discussion checks your communication skill and other interpersonal skills. So you should prepare yourself good in technical knowledge and communication skills. Your academics just make you eligible to appear the placement process but it doesn't guarantee final selection. Final selection becomes a function of your performance in the placement process. |

You are eligible for most of the software companies as they demands 60% in all. You are in their eligibility criteria. But their are many more companies who demands 655 & even though 70% in all. You are eligible for most but not for all. |

Don't worry your past records are very much impressive. You will do get Lots of Jobs and Even you are Eligible for Different Companies criteria. Like Infosys came up here with 60% aggregate .So, many companies comes with 65% maximum aggregate criteria. If your college doesn't provide you on-campus selections, then don't need to worry because By posting your resume to one of the leading Jobs site , you can get many companies . Good luck. |

Dear friend, Your percentage is very good, definitly you will get the job in the software companies. You attend the interviews of the different companies. Date of the interwiews you can see on internet. There are many companiies which call the candidates for open interview. So attend such interviews and if you are not selected once or twice do not get demolrise, correct the mistakes and again be ready for next interview. If any student is maintaning more then 60% then there is no problem for the job All the best. |
