You can apply for Assistant Commandant exam. This exam is conducted by UPSC every year.

Eligibility criteria for this exam :-

1] Nationality :- The candidate must be a citizen of India.

2] Age limit :-

>> The age limit of the candidate must be between 20 to 25 years.

>> There is also a relaxation provided to SC/ ST/ OBC category candidate as per government rule.

Upper age limit relaxation :-

* For SC/ ST :- 5 years

* For OBC :- 3 years

3] Educational Qualification :-

>>The candidate must be passed his/ her graduation from any recognized university.

>> The candidate who is appearing in final year can also apply for this exam.

4] Physical requirements :-

* Height :-

For men :- 165 cm

For women :- 157 cm

* Weight :-

For men :- 50 kg

For women 46 kg

Selection procedure for this exam :-

1] Written test

2] Personal interview

3] Medical Test

>> Written test consists of two papers :-

1] Paper 1 :- 125 questions ; 2 hours; 250 marks

2] Paper 2 :- 13 questions ; 2 hours ; 150 marks
