Re: Procedure to join Company Secretary course after 12th? hii Procedure to join Company Secretary course after 12th Minimum criteria to register for CS course is a pass in +2 There are 3 levels to this course 1.Foundation 2.Executive 3.Professional to be taken in succession, If you register before 31st august you can take the exam next year in june.if you register later but before 28feb your exam will be in December of that year. If You Are Passed In Arts, Science, Commerce, Then You are eligible for registration for CS Intermediate Course And For this Course The Candidates Can not be less than 17 years of age. After +2, candidates can enroll for the Foundation Program which will be followed by Executive Program and Professional Program. The Foundation Program comprises of four papers. English and Business Communication Economics and Statistics Financial Accounting Elements of Business Law and Management The executive program comprises of 6 papers and the Professional program comprises of 8 papers. Registration can be done anytime during a year. The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June.
