I read and write english very well but i don't speak english. why?. please tell me what should i do?

I know i can speak in english but i just feel some vacubalry problem in front of me ,It is my education problem because my whole education is from Govt. schools ,So please advise how can i remove my vacub problem.

HI..the reason why you get nervous while speaking English is that you don't have enough practice of speaking it and also feel that if you speak wrong English then you may be laughed upon or get mocked by other people that's the biggest reason that you are nervous while speaking the English language
what you can do now is to join some English speaking course and start attending it regularly they will surely remove all your fears regarding the English course ,
also start speaking English with all your friends even when they make fun of you without being afraid because as long as you do any mistake you can not learn any subject and hence try to speak more and more in public and with friends even if they make some real fun of you just neglect them ,
also watch as many English movies as possible with subtitles and then try to imitate the famous dialogues of that movies in front of the mirror this will really increase your English better than any other thing
also record the dialogues that you are speaking and try to listen it and find out the mistakes and later rectify them

How can I recover from Nervousness?

I have a littlebit kownledge in english.and i have a confident,i can speak.but in classrooms or other public places i'm afraid to speak in english before my staffs.how can i recover that nurvousness and afraid?can you give me the tips?
