I suggest you that you should do six month training/internship in any reputed company......it will ensure your future protective and as well as experience and also enhance knowledge . Dear friend  There are many options after b.tech mechanical engineering.If you are interested in the government sector,then you can find employment in ISRO,BHEL and DRDO. You can apply for the concerned vacancy when they publish their notification.Higher studies are another good option after B.Tech in ECE. Railways. NTPC. ONGC. BHEL. IES. IAS. UPSC. Dear aspirant, Mechanical engineering is a evergreen branch.After completing the bachelor degree in mechanical engineering you have many chances.You can go for further studies like MTech,MBA,MSC or you can go for jobs. if you want to MTech you write the entrance exam GATE and you have to qualify in that.In the MTech you can do specialization in the following Thermal sciences Theory of machines CAD/CAM technology Marine science Manufacturing methods |
