Any chance of SPA Delhi or GNDU university? your rank should be 8000 to 12000... and sure its a better chance to getting a good college because your rank is good .. and there is more than 30,000 seats available.. so its a better chance to take admission.. but about your choice criteria,no one answers,because its depend up on cut-off marks in aptitude test... but surely you will get a very good college with this rank.
