Re: What is the minimum percentage required to do M.Tech in VIT? You can get admission to VIT for an M.Tech degree course through GATE and VITEEE. It will be better if you can qualify for GATE because it will give you a better chance of getting admission with a stipend for two years of M.Tech duration. Just make sure you have got a good score in GATE. Those who haven't got a GATscore score apply for VITEEE for admission, which is the entrance exam conducted by VIT for admission in various courses offered at the campuses. Seats are allotted based on rank through counseling. |

However, the cut-off may vary depending on the demand and availability of seats. Here are the eligibility criteria for M.Tech in VIT: 1. Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or First class. 2. Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply. 3. Candidates should have completed their final Semester/year exams before the selection counselling at VIT. |
