Re: Can I give 12th state board exam without giving 11th? can my child shift from cbse to gujarat board inbetween 11th? Is it essential to give 11th standard gujarat board semester to give 12th grade gujarat board exam or can one shift in the middle of 11th from cbse to gujarat board? |

it is not possible to give 12th exam directly without giving 11th exams... This is applicable to every boards.... 11th is a base for 12th, it determines which is the stream you have selected.... 10th, 11th and 12th are sequentail... So, they are different stages for 12th exam... You can write 12th exam privately if you are failed / compartment or if you wish to improve your marks through improvement exam.... First attempt for 12th board exam cannot be done privately.... |

Re: Can I give 12th state board exam without giving 11th? Hai friend, No, you can't directly appear in stateboard without completing 11th. You should have completed 11th with pass percentage to write 12th in stateboard. |

You need to pass the 11th standard for appearing the 12th exam in both CBSE/ICSE/State Boards. You can appear for 12th exam from the open school if you fail to clear 10+2 exam. First clear you 11th exam then appear from 12th. 11th standard is the base for 10+2 exam. regards vidh |
