Re: What should an ECE graduate choose between M.Tech or job after completion of B.Tech degree? i am going 2 cmplt my b.tech in ECE wit 62%. i want to wrk 4 part time n want to continue my studies further. which stream of course should i select? am nt interested in teaching professin. bt in MCA or MBA which course cn i select? n wt r d best part tme offering universities 4 MBA? |

She must have some plans for her future. most candidates want to earn as soon as they graduate. But most of them realize after few year of working experience that they need further studies to get higher in any organization. However, it becomes very difficult for them to return to studies. many of them dont even return due to responsibility. Its better to go for higher studies now and earn good money through out the life. rather than returning afterwards Also, IITs are the best institute for M.Tech. Ask her to prepare well and score good marks in GATE exam. Fees is low and she will also get stipend of 8-12k per months. All the best |

It is totally depended on you....if your interested to continue your studies.....you can go for higher studies like mba,m.tech...... To persue your m.tech you need to appear for gate entrance exam....you have many courses like: 1.vlsi design 2.embedded system 3.digital communication 4.electronics devices dont worry...as you belong to ece stream...there are many job opportunities at both hardware & software..... You can apply for ies(indian engineering service) exam...you have government job opportunities in : 1.ntpc 2.bhel 3.sail 4.bsnl 5.bel you need to have good percentage to get job in software company... 1.ibm 2.dell 3.infosys 4.tcs 5.cts 6.accenture 7.capgemini 8.hcl 9.microsoft 10.oracle make a good choose... It depends on the person whether he/she would like to continue his/her studies or he/she wants to do a Job. I would say that if the person is getting a good job in which he/she is satisfied and also getting good salary then he/she should go for the job otherwise he/she should concentrate on his/her further studies. |

MTech is indeed very good choice as many well reputed companies prefer MTech candidates.However one needs to do Mtech from very good colleges like IITs and NITs to get good exposure.Power electronics is a good option for further studies. However,she can go abroad even on the basis of Btech degree.She can work for infosys for 2 years.Then she can do Mtech and try for other reputed companies like Samsung,Adobe,Intel,her experience will be beneficial for her that time. |

What should an ECE graduate choose between M.Tech or job after completion of B.Tech degree? 1.my daughter is finishing b.tech in ece group.now iwant her to do m.tech instead of going for job as such she is selected infosys by campus selection.i was told or adviced, that she will have more oppurtunity after she does m.tech for even going to abroad.im worried sir, pl advice me what will be the best for her for her future, 2. If she has to do m.tech which is the best college you sugest in aurangabad maharashtra as im here for next 3 yrs. And 3. Which group she should sellect in m.tech ,as she was in ece group in b.tech pl.and i vl not be able to pay any capitation fees if there thanks |
