For the LLB CLAT Exam you need to be a higher secondary passed out candidate or its equivalent and secure not less than 50% of marks in aggregate. There is 5% relaxation for the reserved category candidates. They needs to get 45% of marks in aggregate at 10+2 level.

This exam can also be given by the final year students who are about to appear for the final year exam or is eagerly awaiting the result of their final year exam. But at the time of interview session you should have the mark sheet as proof in your hand.

The upper age limit to give this exam for the general category candidates and the OBC category candidates is 20 years. There is some relaxation for the other categories. For the SC/ST candidates and for the persons with disabilities the upper age limit is 22 years.

In the written exam questions will come from the following section:-
  1. English including Comprehension: 40 marks
  2. General Knowledge/ Current Affairs: 50 marks
  3. Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability): 20 marks
  4. Legal Aptitude: 50 marks
  5. Logical Reasoning: 40 marks
Books To Follow:-

For English:-

Norman Lewis's Word Power Made Easy
R.S. Agarwal's Objective English
Wren and Martin grammar book

For Maths:-

Any 10th standard maths book would do. Maths questions will be of 10th level therefore there is no need to solve difficult sums. Study materials of any coaching institute will be helpful as well.

For Logical reasoning:-

R. S. Agarwal's Book

For Critical Reasoning:-

M. K. Pandey's Book

For General Knowledge:-

Manorama Year Book
Newspaper Subscription

For Legal Reasoning:-

A.P Bharadwaj

For the papers please download the attachments below.

Hope this helps :-> :->
