You should join MBA from good institute or do ICWA course.Doing both the course together would be little difficult.

However if you not got admitted in any B-School than you can join both the course.

Although doing MBA From good institution is best option for now a days.

ICWA Course is also very good course but student has to do lot of preparation of his own as their are very few classes in ICWA .

This is distance learning course where students get very few classes.

ICWAI Stands for Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India and this course is now known as Cost and Management Accountancy Course.

There are 3 stages in ICWAI

• FOUNDATION
• EXECUTIVE
• FINAL

You are eligible to apply in executive level of ICWAI.

Examinations of the course are conduct twice a year in may and june.

Admission is open through out the year.

These courses have centers all over India , you can take all the required information from these centers .

The fee structure could varies aS Course is offered through two mode oral or correspondence.

Duration of the course - 3.5 years minimum (around)
