 If Your through out career marks is above 50% and you have not any Pending Backlog then you are applicable for Syntel recruitment. Syntel recruitment process is 1)Written test 2)Technical Test 3)HR . Syntel question papers are coming mainly on aptitude test . There is no separate exam conduct . I have attached the Question Paper of Syntel Placement Paper so please check it out.This paper are really helpful for you.You can observe the Pattern of those Papers.Also prepare well to your Quantitative and Reasoning Books. . |

Syntel Previous Year Question Papers In order to appear for the Syntel Placement Drive..one must satisfy the following requirements :- > Minimum 50% in 10th,12th and B.Tech or MCA.. > No pending backlogs when appearing for the company placement drive.. > A maximum of 2 years study gap allowed but not more than that.. The rounds which are to be cleared are :- Written Aptitude Test + Paragraph Writing Technical Interview HR Interview To take a mock aptitude test and have sample interview questions..you may visit http://indiabix.com For preparation of aptitude test..refer to Quantitative Aptitude by R.S.Aggarwal Just after the aptitude test is over..they will tell you to write a Paragraph with an IT related topic like "How has IT strengthened India's backbone" or something like this.. Re: Previous years question papers with exam pattern of Syntel Syntel Exam Pattern-- There are 3 rounds in syntel- 1.Written test paper with eassy writting 2.HR 3.Technical interview Part I -- In Written test paper Toatl 50 questions and duration is 45 minuts Part II-- This part will be based on Verbal,There will One Essay Writing On Any Topic. There will be negative marks also in each individual sections I have attached Syntel placement papers here. Hope it will helpful for you. |
