Candidate in the final year can definitely apply for the exams conducted by UPSC or MPSC, but will need to produce the certificate/mark sheets of bachelors degree during the second stage of the particular exam which could be either a written test or an interview. Therefore, you will have to make sure that will be able to produce the proof of qualifying the final year exam, while applying for the second stage of written test, if any, or during the Interview. In case you fail to do so, your application will get rejected irrespective of the marks you score in the first stage of the examination. |
