Dear Friend, Sorry to say but the NDA Exam to be conducted in the year 2013 has been passed , so the next NDA Examination will be conducted in the year 2014 as the below mentioned schedule : Important Dates Regarding NDA-I Exam , 2014 : * Date Of Notification : 21/12/2013 * Last Date For Receipt Of Applications : 20/01/2014 * Date Of Examination : 20/04/2014 Important Dates Regarding NDA-II Exam , 2014 : * Date Of Notification : 21/06/2014 * Last Date For Receipt Of Applications : 21/07/2014 * Date Of Examination : 28/09/2014 Details regarding NDA Examination : The Acronym "NDA" stands for National Defense Academy. Those candidates who want to join the National Defense Academy can do this through clearing the NDA Exam which is conducted every year twice by the Union Public Service Commission. The NDA-I Exam is conducted in the month of April whereas the NDA-II Exam is conducted in the month of August every year. Both the exams require same eligibility criteria. The Required Eligibility Criteria for NDA Exam are : ** The candidate must have passed 12th with PCM from any recognized board. ** No specific percentage is required in 12th as there is only a need of pass degree. ** The age of the candidate must lie in between 16.5-19 years with no relaxation in upper age granted to any candidate. ** The candidate must be an Indian Citizen. ** The candidate must be an unmarried male. ** Female candidates are not allowed for the NDA Exam. ** The candidate must have a good mental and physical status. Re: What is the date of NDA form sale? Hello, National Defence Academy (NDA)examination provides entry of candidates to the Army,Navy and Air Force in the prestigious NDA. NDA Exams are held twice a year in the months of March & August respectively. The dates for the August 2013 NDA exams are as follows-: Date of notification-> 04/05/2013. Last Date of Submission-> 03/06/2013. Date of NDA Exam-> 11/08/2013. The date for the August 2013 exams are already over. Eligibility-: Age Limit-> Minimum-> 16 1/2 years of age. Maximum-> 19 years of age. The candidate must not be married. Educational Qualifications-: Army->The candidate must be 12th passed from a recognized board or University. Air Force & Naval Wings->The candidate must be 12th passed with Physics & Mathematics from a recognized board or University. Those appearing in the 12th examination are also eligible. As the dates for the NDA 2013 examination are already over,you will have to wait till 2014 provided you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria. Good luck. |

Dear friend, If you have passed 12th from a recognized board you are eligible for NDA, you must be a Indian citizen subject of Bhutan or Nepal must be unmarried male age limit should be in 16.5-19 written exam is divided in 2 sets maths -300 marks general aptitude- 600 marks selection procedure for nda is - written test group discussion and ssb medical test Thanks!!!! all the best.............. |

NDA stands for National Defence Academy. NDA exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year i.e NDA-I and NDA-II. This year these two exams are already closed. So you can try next year. NDA exam details are given below. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognized university or board. No need of percentage restrictions to appear this examination. Candidate should be a citizen of India. Applicant must be physically fit. The age limits are 16.5 years to 19 years. No upper age relaxation. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Girls are not eligible. Selection process:- Written exam, SSB interview, Medical test. Dear Friend Let me inform you that the important dates for the NDA examinations are already over in the year 2013.So there will be no notifications for NDA exam in July 2013. Now if you are interested in applying for the NDA examinations you will have to wait for the next year NDA exams for which UPSC will release the notifications towards the end of this year. You can apply for the NDA exams in two modes : 1.Online application at the www.upsconline.nic.in 2.Offline application by purchasing application form from the nearest head post office and after filling sending it to the given address. Before applying for the exam you must ensure that you are eligible for the exam : >>You must have done your 10+2 or appearing for exam from a recognized board. >>Your age should between 16.5-19 years.No relaxations applicable to any one. >>Marital status : Unmarried male candidates only having Indian citizenship. >>Physical fitness is necessary. National Defence Service Exam is conducted by the UPSC and candidate must complete the intermediate from recognized board then you becomes eligible for NDA exam.If you are studying inter second year also becomes eligible for the exam and can apply for the exam. For your kind information there will be no notification in the month of july as the last date for receipt of application for NDA II exam is 03.06.2013.So in July 2013 there will be no notification for NDA exam and NDA II exam will be conducted on 11/08/2013 . Written Examination will be divided into 2 papers- Mathematics-300 marks. General ability Test- 600 marks. Total time duration for 2 papers is 300 min . General Ability Test is divided in to two parts - English 200 marks General Knowledge 400 marks. The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Physical Test 3)Medical Test 4) Personal Interview. You should matched your physical criteria to the below given chart .If you have fulfill below given criteria then only you are eligible otherwise not . Last date for receipt of application for NDA II exam is 03.06.2013 so NDAII exam date already over . NDA II exam conduct on 11.08.2013 . So in July 2013 , there will be no notification for NDA exam .
