For STA 'B' & Technician 'A' - Total 150 questions, out of which 50 questions on General Awareness, General Intelligence, Reasoning Ability, General Science and 100 questions from subject concerned.

Apart from this it is mandatory to pass Trade test for Technician post, shorthand and typing test for Personal Assistant post, typing test for Admin and Store Assistant post, Driving test for Civilian and Fire Engine Driver post, PET and medical fitness test for Fire Engine Driver and Fireman post.

Senior Technical Assistant Exam for Electrical Engineer's is conducted by the DRDO Organization.To apply for written test for senior technical assistant officers you will required to meet these eligibility conditions :

Candidates should have a Bachelor degree of Engineering of at least 4 years from any recognized university.
Candidates Bachelor engineering degree should be of Regular mode.
Candidates who have a Bachelor degree in Science with Physics/ITI degree from a recognized polytechnic college are also eligible to apply for this post.

Age Limit :-

Candidates minimum age should be 18 years.
Candidates age should not be above 28 years.

Written Exam for Senior Technical Assistant will be conducted in two phases.These phases are :-

Technical Section details Marks - 400,Total Questions - 100 and Time - 03 hrs)

Electrical Circuits and Fields.
Signals and Systems.
Electrical Machines.
Power Systems.
Control Systems.
Electrical and Electronic Measurements.
Analog and Digital Circuits.
Power Electronics Devices.
Power Generators.

General Section details Marks - 100,Total questions - 50 and Time - 02 hrs)

Logical Relations.
Spatial Reasoning.
Concept Formation.
Abstract Reasoning.
Numerical Aptitude.
