Career Options after completion of M.Com course? i am a hadicapped guy.... and i completed my m.com in 2012 and now i want to do C.A.... is it good for me...??? only the problem with me is that my salary is much important for my family which will get affect if i join articleship and thats why i am confused what to do.... is there any way to to the right thing...???? i suffer alot to get my education and now i want to be somewhere as professionally qualified... pls help if any one there.... |

I would not say that Chartered Accountacy is the wise option after completing post graduation. Since you have completed M.Com, I would suggest that you apply for the job of college lecturer which would be better option. You can do so by appear for National Eligibility Test. The test is conducted by the University Grants Commission two times in a year. Since you have completed M.Com, you can appear for the exam if meet the requirement below. Eligibility 1. At least 55 percent marks in M.Com 2. If you belong to SC/ST then 50 percent marks in M.Com 3. There is no age limit for lectureship However if you have made up your mind for the Chartered Accountacy then you are eligible for direct admission in the second stage of CA course which is called IPCC. Traditionally it is required to first clear the CPT after which candidate is given admsision for IPCC. However those who have compelted graduation can seek direct admission if meet the requirement below. 1. Commerce graduates need 55 percent marks for direct admission. 2. Non commerce graduates need 60 percent marks for direct admission. IPCC has total of 7 papers divided into two groups. Group 1 1. Accounting 2. Business Laws,Ethics and Communication 3. Cost Accounting and Financial Management 4. Taxation Group 2 5. Advanced Accounting 6. Auditing and Assurance 7. Information Technology and Strategic Management Final Course The third and last stage of Chartered Accountancy course is the Final Course. It is considered to be the most difficult and you can only seek admission for it after successfully completing IPCC. There is no direct admission. Group 1 1. Financial Reporting 2. Strategic Financial Management 3. Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics 4. Corporate and Allied Laws Group 2 5. Advanced Management Accounting 6. Information System control and Audit 7. Direct Tax Laws 8. indirect tax Laws |

Career Options after completion of M.Com course? dear sir, i am commerce student when i pass 12th i have join my CA and i have clear CPT exam in first chance but afterwards i am not able to clear my IPCC exam til know. right know i have pass b.com with 53% now my parents forces me to do prepration of some compitions like banks ........etc.but i want to try again even after 5 attemps so please guide me sir what i should to do.....? |

The Central Council has approved the new announcement of allowing a Graduate student (B.com, B.Sc., BBA,etc) to directly join the IPCC course without writing CA-CPT Exam. The council announced that the eligibility criteria for the graduates to write IPCC directly is as under: 1. In case of a Commerce Graduate – 55% 2. In case of a Non-Commerce Graduate – 60% Now a days CA is in great demand as they are getting very good salaries in the topmost companies of our country. So you can join the same as You are exempted from the CA-CPT exam & moreover being a M.com student you can easily pass the subjects as you have already studied the same. So not only you can ease your mental pressure but also join your Articleship under any CA with a good stipend on your knowledge based. But after M.com you have to join any course as under - 1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) 2. Master of Management Studies (MMS) 3. Master of Marketing Management (MMM) 4. Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) These courses are also of 2 yrs duration & you can get the job in the MNCs. |
