All India Institute of Medical Sciences Entrance Exam – AIIMS Application Form 2011 On-line Application: A candidate can submit application On-Line through Internet. Visit www.aiimsexams.org read the prospectus, The candidate can pay the application fee through a challan form (downloaded from internet while applying on-line) in any branch of State Bank of India. Transaction Processing Fee (as applicable) will be payable by the applicant to the Bank. The Candidates are required to bring AIIMS copy of challan form at the time of Entrance Examination on 01.06.2011 alongwith admit card and handover the same to the Invigilator failing which they will not be allowed to enter. B. AIIMS 2011 Off-line : The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for 1050/- For General/OBC and 850/- for SC/ST category drawn in favour of the “Accounts Officer (Exams), AIIMS – MBBS-2011″. |

You Can also be Obtained AIIMS Application Form by post by Sending a Request for form along with a Demand Draft to AIIMS. The Cost Of AIIMS Application Form was 1000 rs And If You Dont Find The AIIMS Application form In Your Region, The You Can Apply for This Exams By Visit The Official Websites And You Can Fill the Form Directly form There - www.aiimsexams.org all the best |

Hello, AIIMS form for AIPMT can be obtained from the designated branches of State Bank Of India in Agra against payment of Rs.1000/- from Mid january. Yopu can also obtain the same by post by sending a DD to AIIMS. Last date of submitting form: Last week of march Date of exam: 1st week june Visit: www.aiims.ac.in for details: Good Luck! |
