Re: Admission to NITs after a score of 30 in GATE in ECE? I have scored 31 marks in gate 2013 in ECE. My gate score is 351.i belong to general category.Do i stand a chance to persue mtech in any of the colleges in India?And which colleges should I apply to? |

What you have to do is that , sent your application to most of the nits.The more you send your application the more your chance increase to make it into a nit. I think you have 50-65% chance to make it. There are 30 nits write now in india. Hope you will make it. |

Getting This mark is good and you have chance to enter into NIT but one thing there is a saying " Lost opportunities never come back" the GATE score is valid for two years and still there is time for you to apply. I from EEE..got 29/100 with gate score 360 and my AIR rank is 7116.i belong to OBC category.can you please tell me where do i have chances to apply in NIT's and any deemed universities.can i know the last year cutoff for those universities..please help me out sir. |

Re: Admission to NITs after a score of 30 in GATE in ECE? You have not mentioned your catogery here. if you are general then it will be very tough for you to get the good nits like warangal and trichi, but you can get the other nits. if you are sc/st/obc/ph, then you have more chances. |
