Firstly, you need to have Bare Acts for the above except for Law of Torts which is not codified.
For COntract 1, you can refer to Pollock and Mulla volume I. and Chitty on COntracts Volume 1
TOrts- The best are Winfield, Ramaswammy Iyer, and Ratanlal and Dhirajlal.
Constitution of India- Books by V N Shukla, M P Jain, DD Basu, H M Seervai are really good.
Be clear with concepts and the sections and you can easily apply them in exam. Work hard.

Atiyah P.S.: An Introductionto the Law of Contract.

Pollock: Principles of the Law of Contract.

Pollock & Mulla: Indian contract and Specific Reliet act.

V.G. Ramchandra: The Law of Contract in India.

P.R. Desai: Principles of Law of Contract.
