tHERE ACTUALLY ARE TWO QUESTIONS.

First one:

To be a good software developer, you want experience. Training on existing technologies will help you. Try to find newer methods to use existing technologies. This will help you better. If you doing any job, try to convert the code to be a more perfect manner. This all will help you for the same

Second One:
Be good in in English. The only way to do that is to communicate with someone who knows English. May be what you talk is wrong in the beginning, but will modify later to a better lamguage

Learn vocab everyday and pronounciations frm dictionary and always try to speak whenever wherever in english
