The minimum eligibility criterion is a graduation. The graduation can be done in any subject area. Also important is that the graduation should be secured from a recognized university or institute. The age limit should be between 21 – 30 years while applying for this post. There is relaxation in case of the age limit for the candidates belonging to the reservation category. You should also be physically fit because you will have to appear for the physical test if you have cleared the written test. physical standards include: a) Height: 165 cms (for men), 150 cms (for women) Height relaxable for Hill men and Tribals: 5 cms b) Chest: 76 cms with expansion (There shall be no such requirement in case of female candidates) c) Vision: Eye-sight (with or without glasses) Distant vision: 6/6 in one and 6/9 in the other eye.
