Iam 4 yrs experienced and now trying for MNC like L&T,Syntel.But my percentages are low like in B.Tech 59.68%,in Intermediate 63.3% and in SSC 48.8%.I clear all rounds, but how to approach HR with this percentage,how to go further pl suggest |

Sir i have asked a question about my eligibility for l&t and though i have good % in diploma and b.tech but 56% in 10th, so in which core company i should try? Am i eligible for any core companies? |

I'm sorry my dear, but L&T and other MNCs want 60%+ in 10th & 12th. But there is a way, you can talk to the director / Executive director of your college, he can do something for you. |
