Re: How can I Join Indian Air Force after passing 12th science with 69% hi, You can join Indian Air force after 12th using NDA exam. NDA stands for national defense academy examination which is conducted by UPSC twice in year as NDA(1) and NDA (2). ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED - your age should be 16.5 to 19 years and only unmarried male candidates can apply for this examination. to apply for air force or naval wing examination you should passed 10+2 with physics and math’s as compulsory subjects. to apply for army wing examination you should passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized school. The examination is based these criteria - written examination interview physical / medical fitness All the best................ |

Re: How can I Join Indian Air Force after passing 12th science with 69% Air Force Academy  You may apply in Air force by AFCAT exam. Male and female both can apply for this. But the candidate must have the degree of Engineering from recognized University. If you have this ten definitely you can join AFCAT exam also. Eligibility Criteria For AFCAT exam: 1. Flying Branch:- a) Candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM and should graduate in any stream. b) Age Limit: 19-23 years 2. Technical Branch:- a) Candidate must have graduation degree in engineering from recognized University. b) Age Limit: 18-28 years 3. Ground Duty Branch:- a) Candidate must be graduate in any stream. b) Age Limit: 20-27 years Wish you all the very best. |

NDA stands for National Defence Service. This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission two times in a year. i.e. NDA-I NDA-II NDA has three wings: Indian Army Indian Air force Navy ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Nationality: you should be citizen of india. Educational Qualification: You should pass the intermediate from any recognized state board of india. There is no marks percentage required for this exam. Age limit: your minimum age is 16.5 years and maximum age is 19 years. No age relaxation for this exam. Gender: Only male candidates are eligible but candidate should be unmarried. Female candidates are not eligible. Physical standards: Candidate should be physically and medically fit for this exam. If your age is 16.5 - 19 in between at the time of apply for exam ELIGIBILITY for NSDA ; 1. must be the citizen of india . 2. medically fit. (according to the criteria) 3. age must be in between 16.5 - 19 years. 4. passed or appeared in 12th. (with PCM for applying AIORFORCE and NAVY) 5. have no major surgery in the past 6. minimum height required for army is 157 for army 7. you must be un merried male. selection process:- 1. written test. 2. ssb interview. 3. medical test. I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for N.D.A exam after passing 12th with Science Stream because you age is above 19 year. Fried the age limit for Indian Air Force is 16.5-19 year., If you want to join you can join after passing Graduation with science and maths stream. After passing that you have to qualify the entrance exam known as Combine Defence Services exam. C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year. Age limit for C.D.S exam is 19-24 year.
