Selection in IIT'S Campuses will be done on Catgeory wise All Indian Ranking score by the candidates in JEE Advanced.The selection will be based on two way sum up process.This process will include :
- Addition of 40% marks of class XII Exam.
- Addition of 60% marks of JEE Advanced Exam.
To appear in JEE Advanced your ranking in JEE Mains should be under 1,50,000.After Scoring your rank under 12,000 you will able to get IIT's campuses and if you ranking will be below 12,000 and above 40,000 then you will able to get NIT'S Campus through this exam.
Eligibility conditions to apply for JEE Mains Exam - Your should have a Intermediate/10+2 pass out degree from recognized board/university.
- Your subject stream in Intermediate/10+2 should be science with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Candidates who have a four year's Diploma Engineering degree will also be eligible to apply for this exam,but the only conditions is that your Diploma degree should be approved from the AICTE.
- Your minimum marks in 10+2/Diploma course should be 70%.
- Your age should not be above 25 years.
New Exam pattern details for IIT JEE exams - This exam will include Two papers.
- Each paper will be of 3 hours.
- For each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.
- All questions will be Objective type with multiple choice answer.
- Paper I - Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Paper II -
- Part I - Mathematics.
- Part II - Aptitude Test.
- Part III - Drawing Test.
