yes, you are very much eligible for llb degree after having a graduation degree from acharya nagajuna university distance education, there is no manadation of regular course for applying for LLB, but yes you need to pursue LLB from regular college because LLB from distance learning is not valid from Indian bar council point of view, so you have a option of going for llb from a regular college of 3 year course, many universities conducts entrance exam for entry for llb course such as Delhi university, banars Hindu university,govt. law college , mumbai ,etc some of the eligibility criteria led down for admission in LLB course is : mus have completed a graduation degree from a recognized college must have 45 to 50 % marks in graduation 5% relaxation for sc/st candidate some universities have no marks requirement for sc/st students maximum age limit for LLB is 30 years 5 years relaxation for sc/st candidates good luck |

If the college is recognized then there will be no issue. There is no such rule which could prevent candidates with distance education degree from applying for LLB. However there is a rule which does not allow you to apply for LLB through distance education. Bar Council of India does not allow LLB to be pursued through distance education or correspondence. It is not allowed for any college to offer LLB through distance education. Although some colleges do offer the law degree through correspondence but it is not valid. Completing any such degree is useless since Bar Council of India will not allow you to practice as lawyer in India. So the option in front of you is LLB through regular. Since you are graduate, better apply for the 3 years LLB course. There are several good colleges offering 3 years LLB. The list include Government Law College in Mumbai, Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University. It is possible to take direct admission on merit or take admission through entrance exam. Different colleges have different procedures. For admission in Delhi University and BHU, one must appear for the entrance exam. LLB Eligibility 1. You should be graduate to pursue 3 years LLB. 2. Must have 45 to 50 percent marks in graduation. 3. There is 5% relaxation for SC/ST is some college. 4. DU has no marks requirement for SC/ST. 5. There is no relaxation for OBC. 6. Age limit is 30 years to apply for LLB. 7. Maximum of 5 years relaxation for SC/ST to pursue LLB. |

Degree after completing Graduation from Acharya Nagarjuna University Distance Education as there is no specific criteria for completion of Graduation through regular mode for admission to LL.B. course. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University with 40% marks within the age of 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate, can apply for LL.B. |

First after the 10+2,the eligibility for this is: >> You must have scored at least 50% in 10+2 from any stream. >> Your age should not exceed 20 years. >> You have to qualify for the CLAT examinations. >> CLAT stands for common law admission test. >> The duration of this LLB course is five years. After qualifying this examination with good marks ,you are eligible to get admission in good colleges which offers this course. Second is doing LLB after graduation. >> The duration for this LLB is only 3 years. >> Grdauation in any stream from a recognised university in any stream. Syllabus for entrance examination >> Logical reasoning >> General awareness >> Aptitude test >> Communication skills.
