I am doing govt. Job in ngp, & i have completed my RGNM in 2012 i have interested in further education in this field like MPSC my private graduation appered so plz i want suggestion for further study?

I did 3 years Diploma in Genral Nursing & Midwifery. And i m have 7 years of expetience in Govt. sector. Can I eligible to give MPSC/UPSC exam? Kindly provide details.
