The exam is conducted in 1st week of may & mains in 2nd week of October. the age limit for the exam is that you must complete 21 years as on aug 1st of the year in which you are applying. You should be a graduate from any recognised university. the total number of attempts is 4 for general,7 for OBCs and no limit for SC/ST. |

Hello, There is not any percentage criteria for IPS exam,You should have graduation degree from a recognized university for applying IPS exams which are conducted by UPSC. The minimum Educational Qualification required is a Graduation degree from recognised university/college. All the Best. |
