Application Forms Availability for AIIMS MBBS 2011[/B] Application forms for AIIMS are available in Mid-January from the designated State Bank of India branches across the country. The form can also be obtained by post by sending a request for form along with a Demand Draft to AIIMS.

Re: From where to get AIIMS exam application form for MBBS? aiims application form can be obtained available in Mid-January from the State Bank of India branches across the country you can also fill the form online visit the - http://www.aiims.edu/ though post Crossed bank draft of 1050/- For General/OBC And 850/- For SC/ST, drawn in favor of ACCOUNTS OFFICER (Exams), AIIMS -MBBS-2011. payable at Delhi. |

AIIMS Application Form Details: [SIZE=3][FONT=Times New Roman]Application forms for AIIMS are available in Mid-January from the designated State Bank of India branches across the country. The form can also be obtained by post by sending a request for form along with a Demand Draft to AIIMS. The candidates have to fill the form and send it along with required documents to AIIMS.[/FONT][/SIZE] For your information: There are Two mode through which You can fill up the Forms. One mode is Online. •Application form will cost you around 1000/- If you are a General Candidate and 800 if you are a SC/ST. •You have to visit www.aiimsexams.org website For Online Filling UP of forms. •You need to make Challan from bank, and send it to below mentioned address.(Full Details are there in this Attachment.) •Remember It starts from 15 of February and it will be Ending on 15 of March. •All completed Forms must reach to the AIIMS address before 15 of March. Another Mode is Offline. •You Have to send a request For to AIIMS authority stating application form Cum prospectus. •Need to send a Crossed bank draft of 1050/- For General/OBC And 850/- For SC/ST, drawn in favor of ACCOUNTS OFFICER (Exams), AIIMS -MBBS-2011. This draft should be payable at Delhi. •Last Dead line for request of application is Feb End and You Request FORM must reach AIIMS, ANSARI NAGAR, NEW DELHI, 110608 on or Before 10 of March 2011. •Note while sending request form, You must specify your Envelop by "REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR MBBS Entrance Exam".
