Indian Army is one of the wings of Indian Defense in which you can joining if you successfully crack the NDA Examination which is conducted for those students willing to join defense after completion of 12th.I would like to tell you that there is no other specific procedure for selection for the Indian Army without giving NDA(National Defence Academy) examination. To join Indian Army, you definitely will have to give NDA examination. UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts the NDA examination twice every year in the months of April and August as NDA-I and NDA-II respectively.you want to join Indian Army after 10+2 passing then you can apply for NDA examination but you must have the age according to the criteria. The age should be between 16.5 to 19 years and only unmarried male Indian can apply for this exam. The selection will be based on the Written Exam, SSB and Medical examination. Age relaxation:- Not provided. * Sex:- Male. * Marital status:- Single or unmarried. * Physically and mentally fit. * Nationality:- Indian. |

Without N.D.A joining Solider. For Joining as solder you have to contact Army Recruitment Office(A.R.O) of you district. In A.R.O they will tell you date of Recruitment really. So you join that really. If you selected then you can join Indian Army. |

If you want to join in indian army then you have to take NDA exam. If you want more information about this then go to the official website www.upsc.gov.in. You can get books for preparation also. |

And no another way for joining Indian Army. About NDA exam and eligibility:- 1.The NDA exam conducted twice in a year in the month of March and August. 2.12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. 3.The age of the candidate should be in between 16(1/2) to 19. 4.The candidate should be unmarried and male , females are not eligible. 5. The minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cms. (162.5 cms for Air Force) |

Re: How to join Indian Army after completing 12th science? hello friend as per your Q you just want to know about the process to join the indian neavy so giving below in steps If you want to join the defence forces at the officers level after apssing class 12th, than NDA is the only way to apply Without NDA, you have to apply for the post of Soldier in Indian army NDA exams are conducted by UPSC two times in a year Eligibilty to apply for the NDA exams is: Educational Qualifications: Army Wing-12th Pass in any stream Navy & Airforce Wing- 12th Pass with Subject Physics and Maths as subjects. AGE- Minimum age 16.5 years Maximum age- 19 years best of luck |

The Union Public Service Commission holds the right to conduct the NDA Examination twice every year as NDA-I & NDA-II. The NDA-I Exam is conducted in the month of April whereas the NDA-II Exam is conducted in the month of August. The NDA Exam provides us the opportunity to join any of the below mentioned wings of Defense : * Indian Army * Indian Navy * Indian Air Force But there are some eligibility criteria which you have to fulfill in any case if you want to appear for the NDA Exam. The Basic Eligibility Criteria for NDA Exam are : A) Educational Qualifications : - The candidate must have completed 12th from any recognized board. - Candidates appearing in standard 12th can also appear for the NDA-I Exam. B) Age Limit : - The age of the candidate must lie in between 16.5-19 years. - No Relaxation in upper age is given to candidates no matter they belong to any category. C) Nationality : - The candidate must be an Indian Citizen. D) Sexuality : - The candidate must be an unmarried male. - Girls are not allowed to appear for the exam. Unmarried male candidates can only attempt the test. Being a science student, you can apply for jobs in all the three wings, army, navy and air force. After graduation, you can take CDS exam. |
