Re: How many subjects are there in mechanical branch? Dear Friend, Basically In the First 2 semester all the branch will be having appox. Same no. Of subject and even same subjects such as mathematics 1, physics, etc. In mechanical engineering you will have a subject called engineering drawing. In the 3rd and 4th semester you will have 5 subject such as mechanics of solids, thermodynamics, metallergy and material scienc etc and kinematic of machinery, production technology, thermodynamics 1, machine drawing etc respectively. Similarly in 5th nd 6th semester. In your 7th semester ther will be elective subject and in the 8th semester also you will be having elective and also project work on any topic and finally seminar. |
