Since you belong to Mechanical Stream, you will be able to appear for the examination provided you have completed the program. The examination is conducted only in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Apart from being a graduate in Engineering, one needs to be within the age limit of 21-30 years. Apart from Engineering Service Exam, you may also apply for Civil Service Examination as graduates from any discipline are eligible to write the exam. For this exam too, you need to be within the age limit of 21-30 years. For more information regarding examinations, refer to the official website of Union Public Service Commission. |
