It is very easy to get the jobs at freshers level but many of the candidates are not making most out of it -due to lack of proper guidance. -not choosing the best way to get the job -compromising on the job whatever they get etc. However, here are the requirements for freshers to get job. -The candidate should be a career 60 candidate having scored minimum 60% of marks in all the academic levels. -The academic gap of the candidate should not be more than 2 years. Now many of the companies changed this criteria to only 1 year. -There should not be any pending backlogs for the candidates. The selection procedure would involve Written Exam Group Discussion Technical Interview HR Interview You will tested your basics both in written exam and in the Interview. Your level of communication will be tested in Group Discussion. So, try to be strong enough in fundamentals of your academics which will be helpful for you in getting job. Try to make a resume by including all your career highlights and upload it in job portals like nakuri and monster. Try to update it regularly and you will get the information regarding job opportunities through mail or you will get the calls from the companies. Schedule the Interview, have good preparation for the same and crack it. Wish you all the best. |

 Eligiblity criteria for MNC'S is , -you should have secured 60% in 10th -you should have secured 60% in 12th -you should have secured 60% in b.tech -you should not have 2 year gap in your studies -you should have PAN CARD For a job in mnc's or in any ltd. company , -you should have good communication skills -you should have good command in your technical course -you should have good command in aptitude topic questions -you should know well about your project details -you should know very well about your respnsiblitis of you in your project -you should know well about your self details Selection in the MNC's companies: 1.written test: Verbal reasoning quantitative aptitude General english computer languages etc.. 2. Group discussion: -Lokpal Bill -FDI in retail in india -Grith Vs Inflation -European Union Debt Crisis -Rupee Depreciation 3.Technical Inverview in the interview asked you to some question related to your qualification, your projects. 4. HR Round. in the interview check your confidence level and the communication skill.
