It has specialized syllabus or each of its subjects other than the common syllabus created for all candidates. The Local Acts and Rules Framed Thereunder Papers devises the unique rules and legislative considerations of the regions of Tamil Nadu that all apprentices are expected to be well-versed with to qualify the exam. The rules are laid down by the constitution or developed according to the agenda provided there by the government officials and dignitaries. There are acts that have been formulated and revised several times depending on the requirements and demands of the society.
