Re: Indian Air Force after 12th standard with Biology? One can join Indian Air Force after completion of 12th Class. This is the complete information regarding that. Every year UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) is going to conduct NDA Exam twice a year to recruit the candidates into following defence services Army wing Navy wing Air Force wing The selection procedure is NDA Exam Interview Medical Test Here is the eligibility criteria to apply for this Exam. One should have completed 12th class with any of the stream to apply for Army wing. One should have completed 12th Class with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects in order to apply for Navy and Air Force wings. The required age for the candidates should be 16 1/2 years to 19 years. One should be unmarried male candidate to apply for this Exam. The candidate should be citizen of India. You did not mention the complete list of subjects that you have gone through in your 12th class. As you are from Biology stream, it is sure that you are having Physics subject in your 12th class. But I am not sure about Mathematics. If you have Mathematics subject in your 12th class, then you can apply for this Exam. Otherwise, you are eligible to apply for only Army wing through this Exam. NDA - National Defence Academy, The entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC two times every year to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male candidate having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health, can apply for Indian Air Force of NDA. Hai, No you are not eligible apply indian airforce because to join in indian airforce physics, chemistry and maths subjects are compulsary in your +2. So you are not eligible to apply indian airforce, anyway here iam providing you the eligibility criteria for the NDA exam. NDA exam which is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. Eligibility criteria: Candidate should be complete +2 from any recognised state board. Age limit is 16.5years to 19years Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Minimum educational qualification for this exam is to be 10+2 passout with any of the stream. But if the candidate is willing to join Navy or Air Force wing then he must have Physics and Mathematics as a subject at 10+2. Only Male candidates are eligible for NDA examination. |

Eligibility criteria for NDA- 1.12th with PCM. 2.Age limit = 16.5 to 19 years . 3.Nationality = Indian So the candidates who have passed 12th Physics , Math,chemistry can apply .So if with biology you have those three subjects then you are eligible otherwise not .
