You cannot appear for the RRB after passing your final year B.tech exam as it is clearly mentioned in RRB notification that only those can apply for the recruitment examination who completely fulfill the eligibility criteria on the last date of submission of application. But as you mentioned that you are presently in final year of B.Tech. so you can't apply for the exam because you do not fulfill the required academic qualification on the date. Those who are awaiting the final result of qualifying examination need not apply. |

As you mentioned that you are presently in final year of B.Tech. so you can't apply for the exam because you do not fulfill the required academic qualification on the date. |
