Since your family conditions are not good, then go for a job immediately. In your final year, you will be facing the campus recruitment procedure. This will allow you to sit for the examinations of a lot of IT company and you can be able to face a lot interviews also(if you clear the aptitude test). Now in whichever company you clear the aptitude tests and the subsequent rounds of interviews, you will be able to join that company. Initially they will give you, what is called an offer letter. After your BCA completion, they will notify you to collect the appointment letter and give you the joining date of their company. Now within 4-5 years you will settle in that company well. So after that please join the MCA course in distance to get better salary and increments.Good Luck. |

Re: Career options after BCA? hello its better if you go got higher studies rather then to do job after completing your BCA because the growth opportunity after completing BCA is not that much as compare to if you go for MBA OR MCA . both are equally good depends on your are of interest.many students are doing MBA after BCA as it has more scope as compare to that of MCA . there is also WASE which you can join to do MS from wipro.its a four year course.and you can work on wipro at the same time also . |

Ccna (cisco certified course in networking). 2. Mcse (microsoft certified course in software networking). 3. Certificate course in networking from jet king. * • if you want to go in programming field then you can do a certificate course in any of the languages like *java *dot net *c# *c++ • you can also go for software design development job within any tech company. -job prospects:- • banks • computers and related electronic equipment manufacturers |

For getting a good job MCA is required because today every company recruits both B.Tech and MCA parallel for the same job. eligibility is same. MCA is the master degree in computer application through this hardware, system software, algorithm all these knowledge given to you. After completing BCA you can get a job in MNC company. But the salary will be low , you may get only 10,000 to 15,000(per month).But you should go for that because of your financial problems. so, i will suggest you to do MCA in correspondence in some small colleges so that the fees will be low . After BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application), you can apply for companies like IBM, Infosys, HCL, Wipro, CTS....etc... These companies recruit a large no. of BCA graduates because there is a demand of software expert in these companies. But the salary that would be given is 12,000 to 15,000 for a fresher. You can also try for Bank jobs where the starting salary would be 14,000 in the post of PO. After earning some money for your future, or even while doing jobs, you can do higher studies like: MCA -- this one is the best, because BCA students already have the base for studying MCA. MBA-- if you are interested in the managerial field, But very costly. M.Sc-- in computer or IT or computer application. After doing Masters, you will get a salary of 25,000 to 30,000 at the start... |

after doing bca, most of the students do mca but i will suggest you to do mba. there are a lot good jobs available for mba students. they are getting very good salaries. you will have to give an entrance exam of cat for getting admission in mba. if you score good marks in that exam, then only you will get admission in a good mba college. try to perform good in that exam so that you will get admission in a good government college. fees of government colleges is low. so your family will get some relief from the fees of mba. |

Re: Career options after BCA? after bca there is basically a number of career options avialable the first one is getting a job in IT sector and gain some work expirience.also you may want to complete your study first and then apply for a better position in such a case go for an mca degree.finally you can also pursue an mba degree though that will be an expensive option. |

Re: Career options after BCA? hi dear after bca generally you will not find good job for this you have to study more you can choose mba or mca both are good . mca stands master in computer application. where as mba stands for master in business administration .. after tis you can get job in some mnc's like... ibm dell infosys tcs wipro , if you are looking that your family condition is not so good don't worry you can apply for some government job like...... IES IPS IAS bank po railways etc............... good luck. |

There are many fields in which you can go. You can do MCA if you are interested in software industry. You can do MBA if you want to make career in business field. You can do M. Sc. if you are interested in research work. Or you can do some diploma courses like PGDCA. It is post graduate diploma in computer application. |

They are many I.T industries are depending on fresher. * You can go for part time job and you can save money for PG course and you can get experience. * Or you can for Master degree course like MCA it is a two year course and you will be able to go in top most companies like WIPRO, DELL, TCS and etc. * You can also do programming languages like C, C++, Java, Oracle, .Net(VB, ASP.Net) Depending on situation you can go for reputed jobs, or master degree. Their are many career option available after BCA You can try for government jobs like in BAnking sector Post offices Railway etc.. and if you want to further studies..then read it.. Many student has confusion what to choose after BCA Their are mainly two option are available.. MBA And MCA... MBA is management course and other side MCA is software course.. Both are the master degrees and both are not bad courses.. As you write in your question you are completed your BCA so i will suggest you MCA is best and good option for you if you want to go in the field of programming.... |

If you desperately need a job you can also apply for Bank PO exams and after clearing the Bank PO exam you have to appear for an interview to get a job. You can also go for jobs in BPO industry. |

You can also do some 6 month or 1 year courses from some reputed institues for speciifc programming language like JAVA,.NET,Oracle,etc. These type of courses are also in demand & on the basis of such courses people do get placement in companies. If you do part time courses then my friend your P.G will get completed ,also fees required will be affordable & along with iy you will be able to do job too. You can also try for exams conducted by UPSC and get selected for IAS,IPS,etc.But that will be possible only if study & prepare really very hard. |

However, if you want to go for higher studies, there are mainly 2 options which I think is the best for you. 1.MCA: Most BCA graduated go for MCA as it is related to their field and a post graduate degree is always better than a graduate degree. Top IT copanies are on the look for qualified MCA students for recruitment and offer a good salary to them. 2.MBA: Another extremely popular post graduate degree thats most sought after by students, MBA is very popular and by doing MBA you can get a job almost anwhere with a handsome salary too, but doing MBA is very expensive,and you must do it from a reputed college as well. I suggest that you do a job for 2 years , earn enough money and save it for your post graduation. In this way, you will also get a good 2 years experience in the industry and you wont have to burden your family for your fees. The experience will help you a lot in your projects in both the PG courses. Good Luck! |

Re: Career options after BCA? Job opportunity in call center for BCA pass out is higher, but in call center 10+2 pass out can also apply for the same post. There is no way any IT company will going to higher BCA pass out (with no other qualification) . So if BCA pass out is interested in IT or software field, they have to have join MCA course in reputed university. MCA degree is equivalent to B.E from computer science from hiring point of view for most of IT companies. other wise they can prepare for MBA or UPSC. Regarding funds.... if you are bright students , then there would be no difficulty to get loan from bank or you may also get scholarship from the institute if you fare well in their MCA entrance exam. |
