Re: From where to get AIIMS MBBS exam forms? AIIMS forms are not availabel in retail. you can get forms from AIIMS itself or you can apply online. if you are in delhi get forms hand to hand from AIIMS counter for Outstation candidates.. i would suggest to apply online...http://www.aiimsexams.org |

AIIMS MBBS 2011 application form can be obtained in 2 ways. 1.Online: You can obtain the online application form from the following link: http://202.144.108.151/Aiims-MBBS-JAN2011/ Instruction for filling the form is very simple and is attached below. Cost of online form is Rs.1000/-(RS.800/- for SC/ST). 2.Offline: You can also obtain the form offline.For that you need to send a request to the Assistant Controller of Exam All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi 110 608. Also, you need to send along a demand draft of Rs.1050/-(Rs.850/- for SC/ST) in the favour of "ACCOUNTS OFFICER(EXAMS) AIIMS MBBS-2011". Details regarding offline form given in the notification given below. Important Dates: Last date for receipt of Online Applications: 15th March, 2011( upto 5.00 PM) Status of applications will be available on AIIMS website by : 18th April, 2011 Admit Card to be hosted at www.aiimsexams.org  through net only) by 16th May, 2011Date of Entrance Examination : 1st June, 2011 (Wednesday) (10.00 AM to 1.30 PM) Expected date of declaration of result : 15th July, 2011 |

Application Procedure :- A candidate can submit application either On-Line through Internet OR Off-Line through prescribed Application form : On-line : For on-line submission of application visit www.aiimsexams.org and carefully follow the instructions given therein. The candidate can pay the application fee through a credit card/debit card or through challan of State Bank of India. Transaction Processing Fee at the following rates will be payable to the Bank (Only for On-line Applications). Off-line : The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a written request with an account payee Bank Demand Draft of Rs.1050/- (Rs.850/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of ACCOUNTS OFFICER (EXAMS), AIIMS payable at New Delhi. The Bank Draft should be valid up to July/August 2011. The name of the course applied for must be written on reverse of the Demand Draft alongwith candidate’s name. The request must reach the Assistant Controller of Examinations, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi – 110 608 on or before 10.03.2011. |

Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing a minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates) The candidate should have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December, 2011.
