Dear friend, if you want to go for higher studies then you can do either M.tech which will increase your technical knowledge in your engineering field. You will have good job opportunities. For this you have to appear in GATE exam. MBA which will increase your managerial skills. After completing MBA you have the power of leading the team of your junior members. It will increase your salary package very much. |

Gmat , gate and also gre these exams in this field. Also for the civil engineering the qualification you need tha you are eiligble for the post graduation.  .Again best of luck . !!
