well, the life just does'nt end there. You have lot many options. With the B. Com. degree, you can seek to take up ICAI or ICSI or ICWAI. These are mainly self-study courses. Of course, some organisations give training. Your B. Com background would make matters easy. You will also get exemptions from some papers. These are very lucrative careers. You can take up the IRDA test and become an approved Insurance agent. You can clear some course conducted by the Bombay Stock Exchange and join some brokerage or financial services firm. You can take up the probationary offier exam and join some bank. You can sit in any of the UPSC exam (like Civil Services), where the basic eligibility is just a degree in any discipline. But it should be according to the stream/ subjects which you have studied in your class 12th or Higher Secondary. Now coming to your query if you should go for your BBA or B.Com, I would suggest B.Com. I would also support my opinion with a few points :- B.Com stands for the Bachelor in Commerce. Its a full time 3 year graduation course. Its one of the top courses in any university across India as most of the toppers and good students are opting for it. There is a huge scope in the field of commerce in the coming future.. Where as BBA stands for the Bachelor in Business Administration. Its also a full time 3 year graduation course which can be well taken up by anybody who is a 12th pass.. This course is deemed slightly lower to the B.Com as it has limited scope. Its related to the pre MBA studies, but as MBA is open for all so a B.Com graduate would in any way do MBA. Thus I would suggest B.Com for you, provided you get in a good college. For that you need to meet the cut offs and hence score the best you can in your 12th boards. Now after B.Com, M.Com is the next post graduation course which is available. If not it, then MBA is the other option. You can surely change your stream and go for any other masters course, but it would be of not much use to your academics. So B.Com + M.B.A is a deadly combination and so try to get to it. Hope this helps All the best Regards RANJEET |

These exams are tough and need very strong preparation. You can also try to give CDS Government Banks for Clerical and PO posts Best way is that you join some Computer Institute and learn Basic computer courses then try to get a good job Thanks |

B.Com and BBA both are completely different courses.. B.com- If you have interest in commerce field then you can go for B.Com course. After which you can go for master degree in the same field. BBA-If you have interest in management field then you can go for BBA course.. After completion of which you can go for MBA course. I will suggest you to go for BBA course..As this field is much more job prospective.. After completion of MBA course you will get lots of job opportunity. All the best... |

It is very nice idea to do MBA. If you want to do MBA then BBA is the best course to do. But for MBA a Bachelor's degree is required then you can also do MBA after B.Com.So if you want to become eligible for all opportunity you should go for B.Com. You can also opt for the professional courses like Chartered Accountancy and ICWAI and CS. After completing these course you will find a lot of opportunity in commerce field. Best Wishes..... |

This will help you to excel in subjects in MBA. B.Com is also a good course for those who are interested in accounting and finance. You can do CA, ICWA, etc after B.Com apart from MBA, or M.Com. |
