The Age Limit for Medical Entrance Examinations are : * Minimum Age : 16 years. * Maximum Age : 21 years Also , the Other qualifications Required for Medical Exams are : * Educational Qualification : 12th with PCB. * No. Of Attempts : 3 * Minimum % of marks in 12th : 40%. Eligibility criteria for this exam: -candidate should complete his 12th standard.And compulsory subjects are biology, botony, chemistry subjects. -Age limit should be between 16 to 21 And entrance exam will differs from state to state. The eligibility criteria is as follows: For MBBS/BDS - 50% in 10+2 (PCB) For B.sc - 45% in 10+2 for B.Sc/BPT 40% in 10+2(sc/st/obc) Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS MBBS: To get admission in MBBS course in AIIMS a candidate has to pass class 12th with atleast 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For SC/ST candidates the minimum aggregate required is 50%. Also a candidate should have attained the age of atleast 17 years by 31st December, 2011. Pattern of examination: AIIMS Entrance for MBBS is of three and a half hours duration having 200 multiple choice and reason-assertion type questions. There are 60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Biology and 20 questions from General Knowledge. Also you cannot be over 25 years of age. There are relaxations for those from the OBC and SC/ST. Check the notifications before applying. |
