Re: Skills and knowledge required to become a Company Secretary? hello, I have completed BBA with distinction, Now i am interested in doing CS (Company Secretary). & simultaneously i have to complete my PG that is MBA. so what qualities, skills, abilities i should have? & how much time i have to give for it(SC as well as MBA)? also What will be my position(Salary) in the market after completing these both courses ? Dear friend, For doing CS course first you need to make up your mind set your own target and concentrate on your studies, because for becoming a CS first you need to clear your concepts and command on basic subjects and doing hard work , doing more and more practice. after that you have a good knowledge and when you are having good knowledge you need to implement in pracitcal life that is skill. some more skills required like Communication, Interpersonal skills. thanks |

Hi, I am interested in the Career prospects of the role of a Company Secretary, but I am 31 years old and have experience only as a Customer Service Rep and now as a Senior Sales Executive, hence would that be an issue? I am an English Major Graduate with 68%. Could you help me with some more information that could help me to confirm that this could be the right step for me to take at this point in my life?
