Hi

You have average 10th and 12th marks.
Apart from these you also need to have a graduation degree from UGC recognized college/institute with minimum 50% marks ( 45% for SC/ST).

Since you have average 10th, 12th marks
You need to score very high in graduation.

Following are the components where you have to work hard and increase you chances
- Graduation Marks
- CAT Score
- Work ex
- GD/PI

IIM is one most the most reputed colleges in India for management courses for getting admission there you should have passed graduation 60% marks you got,then you have to clear there entrance exam with good percentile,marks of 10th and 12th does not reduce your chance of getting selected in IIM

RESPECTED SIR ,I HAVE SECURED 71% IN 10th AND 61% IN 12th,SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I BE SELECTED FOR IIM & HOW SHOULD I PREPERE FOR CAT2012 AS I DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME FOR IT,AM IN 4th YEAR B.E STUDENTS(E.C.).
